	PhD Students
		Håkon Andre Hjortland PhD: 2006 - 2010 haakoh at ifi.uio.no Biomedical Wireless Sensor Electronics. Wrote a master thesis on IR-UWB radar at the University of Oslo, which is now being commercialized by Novelda AS, a spin-off company. Currently working with IR-UWB radar and communication in 90nm CMOS using Continuous-Time Binary Value (CTBV) and stochastic resonance principles.
		Malihe Zarre Dooghabadi PhD 2009 - 2012 malihezd at ifi.uio.no Impulse Radio Camera exploring both YX and Rx beamforming with impulse radio.
		Tuan Anh Vu PhD 2009 - 2012 anhtv at ifi.uio.no MELODY project research for high-precision in-body tracking using impulse radio. Time-of-flight using measurements exploring an Active Echo approach. Currently working on UWB antennas and analog front-end.
		Shanthi Sudalaiyandi PhD 2009 - 2012 shanthi at ifi.uio.no MELODY project research for high-precision in-body trakcing using impulse radio. Time-of-flight using measurements exploring an Active Echo approach. Currently working on a CTBV symbol detector/discriminator.
		Kin Keung (Kody) Lee PhD 2009 - 2012 kklee at ifi.uio.no RFID usiing Impulse Radio Kin Keung Lee received the B.Eng. in Electronic Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, in 2003 and the M.Sc. degree in System-on-Chip from Lund University, Sweden, in 2009. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at University of Oslo, Norway. In 2003, he joined Valence Semiconductor Design Limited, Hong Kong, as a designer engineer. From 2008 to 2009, he was a verfication engineer at ST-Ericsson, Lund, Sweden.
